1. Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service.
2. Price your home competitively… to open the market so the right buyers see it right away.
3. Take stunning Professional Photos for maximum online exposure.
4. Develop a list of features to compel Agents and their buyers to set up a showing ASAP.
5. Send a features sheet to the top 25 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
6. Advise as to any changes that will make your property more saleable.
7. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.
8. Prospect 4 hours each day and talk with at least 50 people looking for potential buyers.
9. Contact… my buyer leads, Center of Influence, and Past Clients to find buyers.
10. Add additional exposure through my website, Viltgroup.com, and social media.
11. Pre‐qualify all prospective buyers.
12. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.
13. Whenever possible, have cooperating Agents in the area tour your home.
14. Follow‐up with the agents who have shown your home to give you their feedback.
15. Represent you on all offers to assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
16. Refer you to the best professionals from my network to help you.
17. Handle all the follow‐up once an offer is accepted: inspection, attorney, mortgage, etc.
18. Deliver your check at closing.
